Sound familiar?

Small inventory errors turn into real money.

Oversold

You sold it. It wasn't there.

Now it's a refund, an apology email, and maybe a bad review that sticks around.

Stockout

Your best seller ran out.

Nobody noticed until the sales stopped. Every day it's out is revenue you don't get back.

Dead stock

Cash is sitting on a shelf.

Items that haven't sold in months are money you can't spend on what actually moves.

      Questions

      Good questions to ask first

      Do I need special software?

No. The kit is a spreadsheet that works in Excel or Google Sheets. No add-ons, no macros, nothing to install.

I'm new to inventory. Will I understand it?

Yes. The kit includes a Learn the Basics tab and a glossary in plain English. No SKUs or shelf system yet? The SKU & Location Setup tab walks you through both.

How big does my store need to be?

It works best from about 50 to 1,000 products. Smaller than that, you can count everything monthly. Bigger, and it still works; you'll just count more each week.

I don't sell online. Is this for me?

Yes. If you keep stock, it works: a boutique, a gift shop, a parts room, a maker's supply bins or a garage full of product. If you can list it, you can count it.

      I don't have a warehouse. Is that a problem?

Not at all. A back room, a spare bedroom or a few shelving units count.

What if it isn't a fit?

Email hello@stocksurehq.com within 30 days and I'll refund you. No hoops.
